Agreement to Terms

By using this website and placing an order, you automatically agree to our Terms & Conditions.

Definitions:

  • You – The Customer
  • Us – Print-A-Gift / Robert Group

Ordering

When you place an order, certain data is temporarily stored for order processing purposes, including creating shipping labels. These details are essential for fulfilling your order.

We do not store or process payment information directly. Payments are handled securely through third-party providers, Squareup and PayPal, which are integrated into our website.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be shipped on the next working day (Monday – Friday).
  • Cash Payments: If you choose to pay by cash, you must validate your order by visiting our mobile printshop at an event and completing payment via cash or card. Your order will not be processed until payment is received.

Delivery

We use trusted couriers, including Royal Mail, DPD, and Parcelforce. All deliveries are sent via a tracked service, and tracking details will be available in your account and emailed to you.

  • Deliveries typically take place Monday – Friday (some may occur on Saturdays).
  • Delays may occur due to severe weather or events beyond our control. While we can assist with tracking your order, we do not have internal access to courier systems beyond what is available to customers. As the recipient, you have the ability to request diversions, collections, or redelivery directly with the courier.

Collection Orders

If you select collection, you must wait for a notification confirming your order is ready for pickup.

  • You can track your order status in your account, and we will also send a text notification when your order is ready.
  • Same-day collection is available if you order before the cutoff time for in-stock items.

Mobile Printshop Events

Our Locations page is regularly updated for accuracy. However, in rare cases, events may be canceled last-minute due to severe weather or other factors beyond our control.

  • If an event is canceled, we will still aim to process and print online orders.
  • We may arrange an alternative collection nearby or, if feasible, deliver orders locally to minimize disruption.
  • In three years of operating our market stall, we have only had to postpone events five times due to severe weather conditions.

Fraud Prevention (CRH - "Caught Red Handed")

This system is in place to deter fraudulent activity.

  • Fraudulent disputes, such as falsely claiming non-receipt of an order despite tracking evidence, will not be tolerated.
  • Engaging in fraud may result in legal action, including potential CIFAS markers, CCJs (County Court Judgments), and inclusion on our public CRH record.
  • Fraudulent activity forfeits any expectation of privacy under GDPR protections.
